Self confidence is where you are confident in yourself. But you might not have big self confidence so here's 10 ways to improve your self confidence.

Exercise daily 


Daily exercise improves self confidence because after you have done the exercise you feel like you can conquer everything.


Help someone


Helping someone helps build self confidence, when you help someone it makes you feel confident in yourself because you boost your mood and you feel good about helping someone.


Listen to music


Listening to music helps with confidence because music has feelings to it so if you listen to a song with strong lyrics it could help you feel more confident in yourself.




Keep trying even if you fail


We can all agree we will fail sometimes like in a test just keep practising and you might get better and when you do it will feel more confident that you can do anything.


Care for yourself


If you care for yourself for example make sure your room looks nice, have a shower (ect…) it can boost your confidence because you feel nice and clean because if you do stay clean you feel like you can do what you need to do.


Say positive thoughts


Positive thoughts can just give you that little boost to help confidence by saying nice things about yourself really does help.


Find a good friend


Friends really help so they are there to help you. Find a friend you can trust and talk about what's upsetting you it's really good to get it off your chest


Do the things that scare you


Doing something that scares you really helps with confidence because once you know you did that once you can do it again so you're not scared of that anymore.


Imagine yourself as who you want to be 


Knowing who you want to be is really good all you need to do is be confident and think about what you have to do to be that person and then do it.



Think about the days you did feel confident


All you need to do for this is think about what you did to feel more confident and do that find other ways to feel confident too.
