What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing someone’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgement, which someone develops through the practice of meditation and through other training.

Here are three things that can help children improve their mindfulness skills:


1. Stop and be aware of your surrounding

2. Count your breaths 

3. Take a mindful walk
